After posting a blog on MSG I remembered this article and I am re-posting it here. While I do not know how practical it is to throw out everything in the cabinet as he recommends..... I do know that as an herbalist I do agree with this in whole heart.
Please people do what you can to eat real food the way Mother Earth and Creator intended.

This was sent by e-mail to me from Barbara's Dare to Dream Network and it has such a huge health ramification I had to repost here. I hear this all the time.

There are many things "Natural" that will harm you.

If you were offered a cup of poison ivy tea would you drink it ?

Just because it's a herb and natural does not mean someone will not have a reaction to it .
