About Me:
Am an Natural Resources Management and Community Development professional. I have initiated community development projects to uplift grassroots communities in my country, Uganda. Am a founder of Nature Palace Foundation and Botanic Garden. Nature Palace Foundation is a local organization dedicated to empowering common people through better Natural resources Management and sustainable Income Generating opportunities. One of my objectives is linking other people and organizations to directly contribute to the welfare of disadvantaged people in my country. For this reason Nature Palace Foundation started one of the few private botanic gardens in Uganda - Nature Palace Botanic Garden - a unique garden with high involvement of surrounding communities. Visitors to the garden get naturally connected to the local people. Nature Palace Foundation has also promoted a community-driven eco-tourism projects in protected areas while working for their conservation. Am interested in sharing knowledge and experiences.
