When you reach a “certain age”, time has a natural way of
showing itself on the surface.
On your skin!
And,although there are many ways that you can disguise your real
age, there will always be some part of you that will “give away your
secret”. At that certain age, not only are you dealing with the
time effects on your skin, you are also, for women in
particular, having to cope with the hormonal changes within your
body, which also affect the external you.
Of course it’s not just mature skin that requires special
attention.
Skin of all ages can benefit from a healthy natural beauty regime.
However, if you are anything like me, you may have taken less care
of your skin when you were busy raising your family and having
plenty of other things to do, leaving your personal pampering to
those rare occasions of peace, tranquility and “me time”. It’s not
too late for you to start pampering yourself now!
Ah…. but where to start?
This brings us to the organic vs natural debate!
What is the difference between body care organic skin care products
and body care natural skincare products? *
Don’t you want to know : what you are spreading on your skin?
* whether organic really is best?
* if natural is good enough?
* what chemicals may be added to your body skincare creams?
* that your purchases are from ethical sources?
If you do want to know more about these topics, feel free to
explore current and future articles
on these very
subject matters. What you look like on the outside can also be
very much affected by what you add on your inside! Again, the
organic vs natural debate applies to the foods you eat!
No doubt you will have heard “you are what you eat”,but whether
what you eat should be ‘organic’ or ‘natural’ is wide open to
interpretation. Body Care Organic aims to explore these topics so
that you can make educated decisions for yourself about what you
eat or drink.
