Engaging users and contributors feedback

Hi Karen

I came across this nice piece of technology today and thought I would share it with you. The social element of communities is very rewarding yet managing suggestions and feedback for a better 'product' can be difficult and this appears to be an answer. Check out http://getsatisfaction.com/ as it can be installed on your website and then help you to manage all contributors input. The video is really insightful and doesn't take too long.

I saw it here on another interesting site for investors http://www.angelsmagazine.co.uk/home so if you like this perhaps others might too. Anyway, I hope to use something like this once I've raised the funding in a newer website for my business.

Thanks for mentioning this site but at the moment I have provided an area where members can get support and help here on Pledging for Change.
I just don't feel it would be beneficial to have members log into somewhere else to ask questions about Pledging for Change although I can appreciate that some larger companies might take advantage of it.
